consumed by population include favorable as well as unfavorable on internet. Usually
it provide information related to "virtual learning" mode and
educational purpose, shopping, gaming short clip videos for entertainment
purpose, digital literacy social media apps and so on.
Since it is obvious that excessive
use of any of the online content on smart phones may harm at certain degree and
researchers had also studied that digital distraction seems to create a non
ideal environment for the refinement of higher cognitive function in critical
period of child and adolescents brain development. The developing prefrontal
cortex of the teenage brain is still mastering tasks such as impulse control,
emotional regulation and the assessment of consequences and risks.

- First of all we can practice "digital detox" one day in every week that means we need to spend less time on digital gadgets and it is obvious that it will so hard for many of us so we need to start with a small goal. Like in first week we need to make a target of using less than 5 hours in next week less than 4:30 hours and so on and one more thing is that you can also navigate your performance in your own phones by specific settings and continue to improve yourself.
- In the life full of Hassel we need to adapt a good habit which is "meditation”, by performing meditation you will definitely notice so many changes in your life, as your concentration capability will increase as well as focused and instant attention and mental performance will also increase.
- In next step you can make a habit to take a short 5 minutes break after every 45 minutes of using gadgets, it will give you some rest while work and enhance your working capabilities.
- You can also do more calculative work on your own without using calculator on daily basis for mental exercise, it will enhance your grasping ability, quick decision and speed too.
